Foundations Package - $75


New to CrossFit? Sign up for a Foundations Package - 3 x 1-hour sessions in a small group setting to cover the basics of CrossFit. We will work on form, technique, and you will get a feel for a typical CrossFit class. Once the course is complete, you can begin your Unlimited Membership and attend any of our regularly-scheduled daily workouts.

Unlimited Membership - $109/mo


Already a CrossFitter? Stop in or message us and get signed up today! The Unlimited Membership allows you to attend any class throughout the week and open gym times. If you have not participated in CrossFit WODs in 6+ months, please consider taking the Foundations course.

Drop In (One Session) - $15
