Break into 2 teams.

10 Car pushes going the length of the parking lot.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner Barbell Workout w/ 95lbs:

20min AMRAP:

20 Lunges

20 Squats

20 Presses (strict, push, jerk, whatever you want)
Both partners must be holding onto the bar while completing the reps.
