The new Academy is an 4 week program featuring more body weight exercises, light weights and High Intensity Interval Training. The class meets Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
During each day of class you will be focusing on aerobic, anaerobic and strength training. The weight you will be lifting is your own or light weights. All of our classes are built on CrossFit principles of training, a method that maximizes everyone’s potential regardless of fitness level, and keeps exercise fun and exciting.
The Academy classes run for 45 minutes – 1 hour. You can expect to keep moving for the majority of the class time. For the entire session, the instructor will be there to motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, as well as form new friendships with your fellow recruits.
