Personal training is ideal for:
•Weight loss – Body composition change
•You been sedentary or are new to exercise
•You have specific sport-related goals
•You were referred to us by a medical professional
•You have significant health or orthopedic issues
Your trainer will tailor workouts for your current level of fitness. You will receive a basic meal guidance plan based on your body composition. You will have access to our online system to track meals and have your coach provide feedback daily. You will be ready to join our group classes or may continue personal training to reach your goals.
With the purchase of a 6, 10, or 20 session training plan you will receive a 30 minute goal setting consultation free.
All other plans may purchase goal setting consultation for $25.
