In order to change stations, sandbag crawl.
In teams (number of people may change depending on how many show up), you will have 2 stations set up. In order to go between stations, you will have to do a sand bag crawl. One station will be rowing and the other station will be a barbell movement. Barbell movements will randomly change. BE READY FOR WHATEVER!!
