Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

30 Minute AMRAP with Partner:

One of you works at a time with the pumpkin.

If the pumpkin touches the ground, immediate 10 burpee penalty (doesn’t count for reps)

30 Pumpkin Lunges (each leg)

50 Abmat Sit-ups hugging pumpkin

50 Pumpkin Thrusters

50 Pumpkin Box Overs

50 Pumpkin Partner twists

10 Pumpkin Pushups each hand
