We would like to make our sign-up process as simple as possible for you. Choose the option that is right for you:

Completely new to CrossFit?

  • Try the Academy course. This 8 week session will work you in the basics of CrossFit movements and get you a great start to your fitness goals to transition into CrossFit WODs. Click to Purchase Academy course.
  • Begin in the Foundations course required for all new members prior to beginning WODs. This is three 1-hour sessions in a small group setting or one on one to cover the basics of CrossFit and safety with weighted movements. Purchase a Foundations package. Foundations Courses are scheduled one on one or is small groups, please contact to schedule your foundations.

Are you transferring from another CrossFit and want to get started with workouts right away?

  • Stop in and get signed up today before or after any of our class times. If you have not participated in CrossFit WODs in 6+ months you will be required to complete the Foundations or Academy course.
