2 Minute as many reps as possible. Athletes must squat and toss weighted medicine ball over bar, then pass under bar and repeat.

Situps
Athlete must touch chest and thighs to ground at bottom of burpee. Athlete must jump on top of box and stand completely before jumping over.
For situps athlete must touch shoulders and back of hands behind head then situp and touch toes to complete the rep.
