Metcon (No Measure)

With the bar, complete the follwing:

10 Snatch Deadlifts

10 Snatch Pulls

10 Snatch High Pulls

10 Muscle Snatches

10 Power Snatches

10 Squat Snatches

Snatch (5×3 )

The weight will be up to you. This is your chance to get work in on your snatch. If you can, work up to a heavy set of 3 by the end. If you are struggling, continue to ask questions and practice the part of snatch that you need to.

3 Rounds:

1min Max Distance Rows (1min rest)

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 Rounds:

200m Sprints (to stop sign and back, 1min rest between reps)
