CrossFit 65/69 – WOD

Metcon (No Measure)

Using only the bar:

10 Deadlifts

10 Clean Pulls

10 Clean High Pulls

10 Front Squats

10 Power Cleans

10 Squat Cleans

10 Push Presses

10 Push Jerks

10 Split Jerks

Clean and Jerk (5×3)

You choose the weight. Complete good reps and work on your weak points.

Metcon (Time)

800m Run OR Row

Then 10 Rounds:

10 Toes-to-Bar

10 Pushups

Followed by a 800m Row OR Run
Modified pushups will be on a box. Modified toes-to-bar will be hanging knee raises.
