20 Air Squats

400m Run

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10min Plank Hold:

Every time you break its 5 burpees.

Tally up your burpees and that will be your score.
Whenever you lose a neutral spine and let your hips drop, that is when you do your burpees.
