Use the same weight for both, make sure you are doing FULL cleans and snatches, otherwise known as squat snatch and squat clean.

Mary (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols (5-L / 5-R)
15 Pull-ups

shoulder mobility with bands and lacrosse ball- spend some time working those sore areas.
