Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Get as far as possible in 20min:

1 Minute of Wall Sit

10 Ring Dips

10 Hand Release Pushups

1 Minute of Wall Sit

15 Ring Dips

15 Hand Release Pushups

1 Minute of Wall Sit

20 Ring Dips

20 Hand Release Pushups

Reps go up by 5 every round. Record total reps done.
You have to do a minute worth of wall sit before each round. If you stop at 30sec, start back at 30sec and continue until you get 1 minute.

Metcon (No Measure)

50 Hanging Ring Rows

OR

100 Ring Rows

50 Pistols (Assisted or RX, total)

50 DB/KB Side Raises Each Side
