Taylor (Time)

4 Rounds for time of:

400m Run

5 Burpee Muscle-ups
Modified will be: burpee bar muscle ups, then burpee bar mus with a band, followed by burpee pullups, then burpee ring rows. If you are using a band, do all of your burpees together before doing your chosen movement. This will help keep you from having to constantly get into the band.

Metcon (No Measure)

Use the remaining time to work on mobility. Smash, rollout, stretch, etc. Doing all of these will help with injury prevention.
