10x Partner Band Runs (down/back, each partner)

No measure, max effort, take a 1min break between reps.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10min Wall Sit:

Every time you break its 5 burpees then right back to the wall. Your score is total burpees. Legs need to be 90 degrees.

Metcon (No Measure)

Barbell Smash, 30sec on each:

Hamstrings

Calves

Quads

Groin

Back

Follow up w/ a good full body stretch.
