30 Muscle-Ups (Time)

30 muscle-ups for time
Bar muscle ups will be modified. Pick the hardest modification for you and stick to that for 30 reps. This is a good chance to work on progressions.

10-20 GHD Situps

10-20 Curtsey Lunges
