Behind The Neck Jerk (10×2)

Every group will need two spotters to assist in bringing the bar back down to the lifters neck

Metcon (Weight)

Clean Ladder:

Power Clean and Squat Clean are both acceptable.

Record your top weight. Whatever weight you stop at, rep out.

Men 95, 135, 185, 225, 255

Women 65, 85, 125, 175, 195

Weighted Box Step Ups (each leg, 24/20, 40+/2-+ in each hand)
