Metcon (No Measure)

With a partner, or 2:

Alternate completing 5 Heaving Snatch Balances with a weight of your choosing for 5 minutes.

Back Squat (10×2 )

Use first 5 sets to work up to 80-95%, then use the last 5 sets as working sets.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12min AMRAP:

12 Pullups

4 Handstand Pushups

12 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
These are box JUMP overs. To be RX, you will need to jump and have both feet land on top of the box, along with clear the hips before you can come off of the box.
