Split Jerk (10×2 (start light))

Work to a heavy 2 rep if you can, otherwise stay light and work on form.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Get as far as you can in 15min:

2 Handstand Pushups

2 Wide Grip Chinups

2 Burpees

Then 4 reps, then 6, and etc..

500m Row (Time)

Max Effort 500m Row

Metcon (No Measure)

50 Russian Twists

100 Abmat Situps
