10 DB Ground-to-Overhead (40+/20+)

50 x 3-Position Band Pull Aparts (1 rep= 1 straight apart, 2 at each angle)

25 Single Leg Bench Squats (each leg)

15 Negative Pullups (weighted if possible)

10 Farmers Carries (down/back=1)
