CrossFit 65/69 – WOD

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)


Each round is 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest.

One partner completes entire 45 second round.

You may divide rounds in any way between partners.

You will score total reps for each 6 minute set but no breaks between sets.

6 Minutes Split squat jumps

6 Minutes Burpees

6 Minutes Sit ups (no weight)

6 Minutes Hanging Ring Rows
