Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 min AMRAP

In teams of 3

10 goblet reverse lunges

10 burpees

While partner 1 is working on goblets and burpees,

Partner 2 is holding plank position and

Partner 3 is doing a bar hang from pull-up bar,

rotate through the stations.

If anyone breaks their position everyone

has to stop until they get started again.
