Metcon (No Measure)

Spend 25 min working on Gymnastic skills,

ex: 5-10 minutes on Handstands, HSPU, HS walks

5-10 minutes on pull ups, ring dips, muscle ups

5-10 minutes box jumps, vert. jumps, broad jumps

Spend 25 Min on mobility or other skill work
