CrossFit 65/69 – WOD

Back Squat (10×2 (warmup, then 80-95%))

RIGHT BEFORE you lift, you will do 2 squat jumps, then go right to the bar and squat. Warm up, then stay within the percentages!!!!!!!!

Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds:

10 Toes-to-Bar

4 Pistols (each leg)

10 Bar Over Burpees

2 Snatches (135/85, RX+155/115)

2 Shoulder-to-Overhead (” ” ” “)

Metcon (No Measure)

2x250m Rows

The first one should be nice and smooth.

The second one should be up tempo/all out.
