Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
Row (Calories)
1-minute rest

Metcon (No Measure)

The winner of FGB and their team of choice gets to pick the finisher for the day and only have to do half. You have to pick ahead of time which team you are for and all members of each team complete their finisher, ex. if you are for ISU and you win lets say you pick 100Med Ball situps, well all IA fans do 100Med Ball and ISU complete 50.
