For Time:

20 Team Tire Squats

20 Team Tire Presses

20Team Tire Deadlifts

2 Laps of Team Tire Carries

20 Tire Flips

Metcon (2 Rounds for time)

For Time:

Team Med Ball Relay (each person does 400m)

Partner Wall Balls (each person does 20 wall balls, but you must bounce off wall and your partner will catch)

Partner Med Ball Sit Ups (rotate between all of your partners, every does 20)


Team 400m Slosh Pipe Carry (around the square)

Time each section separately.
