4000M Run with Med ball

200 Med Ball Push-Ups

300 Med Ball Sit-ups

400 Med Ball Squats

One person works at a time, the med ball goes where you go. Break the workout up as you want to complete the work. You may do the sit-ups with you partner back and forth.
